Volunteer

If you are interested in volunteering at Arise!, please come visit the store, call and leave us your contact information (612-871-7110), or email volunteer[at]arisebookstore.org.

Someone from the volunteer committee will get back to you and arrange a time to talk about the different levels of involvement available at the store.  Being a volunteer at Arise! can take many different forms. Most collective members do at least one 3 or 4 hour shift per week and come to the meetings. Many booktable at local events. And some just come help with maintenance, cleaning, gardening or inventory once in awhile.

Everyone has varying skills and talents to offer, and volunteering at Arise! we weave them together to provide this unique haven: an infoshop, an urban permaculture project, a meeting space, a small venue, a bookstore, and a resource center.
