Arise! Atlas Ever wanted a map book of all the cool things to check out in the Twin Cities? Well, Arise! is making one -- with your help. Check out atlas.arisebookstore.org and add stuff you think is worth checking out in our fair cities: free stuff, hidden stuff, collectives, queer-friendly, kid-friendly, vegan-friendly, or just plain weird stuff! The class at Arise! is entitled "Ink & Action: Rhetoric for Activism" and it's about motivating people to take action on the issues you care about. The movie is free to all, but donations are appreciated.Health screenings start at 4 p.m. Movie at 5 p.m. Discussion about the movie, the health care situation, and options for staying healthy at 7 p.m. Pre-registration for the health screenings is encouraged.
